What's new around here?

You may have noticed some changes around A Dogg's Tail, or perhaps you haven't. We'll be giving you all the updates here!

First, let's start with the blog. We have had an uptick in applicants to be featured friends, thus we have increased from one friend a month to 2 friends a month. This averages it out to every two weeks, meaning on the first Friday and the third  Friday new featured friends will be posted.

Second, in addition to featuring friends, we want to start featuring "brands" on the blog. These will include Etsy shops that sell pet items, as well as other businesses and items. If you are an owner of a business that carries anything pet related and are interested in being featured on out blog feel free to contact us.

Third, in case you have been scarce around the web lately, A Dogg's Tail has added an Instagram account to its social media presence. (@ADoggsTail) It will be used for multiple purposes, some of which are promoting blog posts, featured friends, and the Etsy store.

Fourth, to help promote our Etsy store we are thinking about holding a model search on Instagram and adding an affiliate program. All the details are in the process of being sorted out. Also, we are working on figuring out pricing for possible product expansion. We are currently thinking bandanas, bow-ties, and tutus. There is also contemplation on lighter flannel coats for spring and fall. 

Fifth, last but not least, I (Jessica) am hoping for warmer, nicer weather to come back around and stay this time. I want to try to take some more photos of our four staff members to use across all things A Dogg's Tail! Also, I am hoping to get some huge in depth posts put up this year! We have a couple we have been working on for a while.
